ISO 9001 provides the necessary framework to monitor and improve performance in any field, establishing standards not only for quality management systems but also for overall business management systems.
PHDS is one of the few domestic Chinese CRO companies that has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification. In the process of rapid development, PHDS has realized that the key to development is not just how to establish a quality management system, but how to operate it effectively. The company has implemented strict controls at every level to eliminate all violations, ensuring the efficient operation of ISO 9001, which is a strong driving force for the company's rapid development.
We all know that the ISO 9001 quality management system standard has undergone two revisions since its first release in 1987, in 1994 and 2000, and the latest version was released on November 14, 2008, marking the fourth upgrade. PHDS is currently implementing the latest upgraded version of ISO 9001:2008. Each upgrade represents a new round of processes of 'relearning for personnel and improvement for the system.'
The operation of the quality management system ultimately boils down to how to ensure the continuous effectiveness of the quality management system, which is fundamental.
In the process of achieving this goal, the company has taken the following measures:
1. Create a continuous improvement environment that pursues excellence within the enterprise.
Everything exists within a specific environment, and the operation of a management system also requires its own environmental requirements.

2. Use self-assessment methods to continuously improve the maturity of the enterprise's quality management system and its processes.
