In the golden autumn of November, riding on the strong momentum of APEC, all members of PHDS gathered at a resort in the suburbs of Beijing for a two-day business training activity, focusing and concentrating on the training. This training was implemented based on the human resources plan from the beginning of the year, with six business departments and key professionals serving as main speakers. The entire process was characterized by being lively, interesting, and colorful. During the training, the audience was engaged, eager to ask questions and interact frequently; the speakers were well-prepared and responded with ease.
The speakers based their presentations on policies, regulations, and technical specifications, discussing their insights, observations, thoughts, and gains from their work. They provided interpretations of regulations, analyses of key technical points, common issues encountered in work, and case studies. The vivid, detailed, and practically significant presentations won rounds of warm applause and responses from the audience.
The attendees generally responded that the training content was rich, lively, meaningful, and highly targeted, yielding many benefits. The speakers commonly believed that the process of giving a presentation was also a learning process. It not only reviewed their own knowledge but also summarized and improved their business skills, benefiting both themselves and others. They hope to have more such learning and training sessions in the future.
