Marriage, buying a house, having a child, and getting promoted—each new role brings a new responsibility, a heavy responsibility that needs to be held in my heart and shouldered on my shoulders. Taking on roles always requires a supportive platform, and I am grateful to be part of a company with a strong team, high starting point, and grand stage. The company's philosophy of being pragmatic, efficient, innovative, and enterprising, along with an atmosphere of active communication, honesty, mutual trust, and teamwork, allows my personal value to be fully realized; at the same time, the company's multifaceted care makes me feel the love and warmth brought by humanized management.
With pressure comes responsibility, with effort comes reward. Looking ahead to 2013, it will be another year of great changes. Learning is like rowing upstream; not to advance is to drop back. I will hold responsibility in my left hand and execution in my right, consciously cultivate a serious and meticulous attitude, and hone a rigorous, detailed, and pragmatic style. Cultivating together with BoShi, growing together
After graduating with a master's degree from a pharmaceutical university, I have been working at BoShi and am fortunate to be a proud member of the 'elite team' at BoShi. Since starting my job, I have always strictly demanded myself according to the corporate creed of 'pragmatism, efficiency, innovation, and progress,' and I have devoted myself to my work with an optimistic and positive attitude.
As a registration officer, I constantly remind myself: this position is crucial, 'the health of the people is at stake,' and I am the first line of defense for foreign drugs entering China. Therefore, my work must be taken seriously, with no room for carelessness.
My growth experience at BoShi includes the following points:
1. Accumulate knowledge and then unleash it. Drug registration is a highly specialized field that requires proficiency in pharmacy, pharmacology, efficacy, toxicology, and clinical practices. One must be able to view the original information provided by clients from the height of regulatory technical requirements, and only through continuous accumulation of professional knowledge, from quantitative change to qualitative change, can one continuously improve and grow quickly.
2. Unity and cooperation. In my work, I humbly learn from my colleagues, studying business and handling matters, and I listen to everyone's opinions and ideas to complete each project well together.
3. Diligent research. Through company training, such as 'learning about supporting documents, regulations, successful case studies, and quality management standards for registration business,' I quickly gained a correct understanding of the outline of drug registration. By humbly consulting colleagues and experts, repeatedly studying regulations and technical guidelines, and gaining experience through rich case practices, I quickly overcame the technical problems encountered in registration and grew rapidly.
4. Combining theory with practice. The company provides each of us with good growth conditions and opportunities, combining various case forms with regulations and technical guidelines, which complement each other and help me quickly become a qualified registration officer and be promoted to registration supervisor in a short time, taking on more important responsibilities.
5. Good at summarizing. The company's 'Enterprise Management System' operations make me clearly understand the progress of each project I undertake. The daily 'work log' helps me summarize and organize the details of my work, accumulating many valuable experiences.
Every employee's growth experience is different, but the heart of gratitude is universal! 'The bigger the heart, the bigger the stage.' Growing through work, working through growth
After graduating from university, standing at the crossroads of life, I am fortunate to join PHDS.
Upon entering the company, PHDS's meticulous care for employees, the strong learning atmosphere, and the relaxed working environment; the corporate culture of 'pragmatism, efficiency, innovation, and progress'; the positive and rigorous work attitudes of my colleagues and their serious dedication; the leaders' rigorous and efficient work style and their relentless pursuit of excellence constantly inspire and motivate me to strive towards higher and further goals.
As a specialist in a CRO company, professional knowledge is important, but comprehensive quality must also be improved. I need to enhance my internal qualities and external capabilities, improving myself in terms of professional knowledge, business ability, and regulatory understanding. Opportunities are only reserved for those who are prepared; doing every small thing well accumulates to great achievements. In specific work, I need to clarify work objectives and aim accurately, combining regulatory theoretical requirements with the actual situation of registration cases, and reasonably allocate and utilize time.
Attitude determines state, and state determines success or failure! One must have a sense of responsibility towards the company, patience and meticulousness towards work, sincerity towards colleagues, and confidence in oneself. Be practical, rigorous, and responsible, and work hard; prioritize public interests over personal ones; grow through work and work through growth; the company has built a platform for my personal career development, and I will contribute to the grand blueprint for the company's future.
