On July 26, 2007, PHDS officially signed an agreement with the powerful American Irvine Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (IPS) in Beijing. The legal representatives of both parties signed the cooperation agreement, officially establishing the Sino-American joint venture: Dr.K-PHDS. This is an unprecedented bridge linking Eastern and Western pharmaceutical endeavors, aimed at providing high-end services for global drug research and development with a comprehensive service system in the field of drug development.
IPS is a contract analytical testing laboratory in the United States that fully complies with cGMP requirements. IPS provides professional analytical chemistry and microbiology testing services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. The main areas of expertise include routine quality control final inspections, analytical support services during research and development (method development and validation, drug storage stability testing), and microbiology services.
