From January 18th to 19th, 2018, the "2018 China Reform, Innovation and Integrity Construction Achievements Campaign" sponsored by relevant departments of the National Development and Reform Commission was held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. At the conference, the organizers held an award-granding ceremony for 500 domestic companies. Among them, there are 28 Fortune 500 companies; 75 Top 500 domestic companies; and 18 companies in healthcare industry. The President of the company won the "China Integrity Entrepreneur in 2017" and PHDS won the "2017 China Integrity Enterprise Model". "Integrity in China", in current situation of Reform And Opening Up, is a supreme honor! The company and all employees will like to cherish this honor as protect their own eyes and!

In 2018, the country ushered in the fortieth anniversary of the reform and opening up. This activity thoroughly implements the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council's “Outline of the National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy” as well as the spirit of the instructions to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the Reform and Opening Up. It promotes the development and construction of Chinese enterprises and contributes to the realization of the Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation goals by building an exchange platform of evaluations, seminars and experience-sharing for the construction of reform, innovation and integrity.

During the event, the organizer released 2018 China's Reform, Innovation, And Integrity Monitoring and Evaluation Report. Song Chengmin, the secretary of the Editorial Department of the Macroeconomic Management of the National Development and Reform Commission, interpreted the report: In terms of reform and innovation, the report pointed out that in recent years, China’s innovation has been obvious to all and has yielded fruitful results. New economies such as the “Internet +,” “sharing economy,” etc., and new industries have flourished: they not only constantly changed people’s lives and other aspects, but also become China's new business card in the international community. In the face of the new normal, Chinese companies should take the reforms as a driving force to transform their potentials and revitalize their innovations. They must persist in making innovations in new areas, make progress in new areas, and make breakthroughs in entering new markets, and strive to emerge from a path of transformation and innovation. Regarding the construction of creditworthiness, the report pointed out that the life expectancy of Chinese companies is generally short. According to statistics, the average life expectancy of Chinese companies is about 5 years, and the average life expectancy of some small businesses is not more than 3 years. In recent years, nearly 1 million businesses in each year go bankruptcy. There are many reasons for the collapse of these enterprises, except lack of innovation, changes and difficult to sustain, there is also an important reason that companies do not emphasize integrity resulted in destroying their brands and cutting their own financial resources by themselves.
